Did you receive a Bursary at LEH?

Simply telling the stories of students who have previously benefitted, is the single most effective way of encouraging supporters to donate to the LEH Bursary Fund, so please help us spread the word.

Bursary Fund
As the world faces the continuing economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Bursary programme has never been more important. We firmly believe that any student bright enough to study here, should be given the opportunity to attend, regardless of their family’s financial status. We also know that a more diverse student body enriches and benefits the lives of the entire LEH community.

So this year we are dedicating all of our fundraising efforts to exclusively support the Bursary programme. We are currently supporting 58 pupils, 42 of whom have a completely free place. Our bold ambition is to increase the number of bursary places to 100 in the next five years, but we can’t do it without your help.

The most compelling way to encourage supporters to donate to the LEH Bursary Fund is to simply share the stories of students who have previously benefitted.  Our research reveals that these powerful testimonials – about where our bursary students have gone on to study and work, and about the difference LEH has made to their lives – really motivate others to give.

If you would be willing to share your story, anonymously or not, we would be so grateful to hear from you. Please email us at fundraising@lehs.org.uk or click to learn more about the LEH Bursary programme.
