#ThrowbackThursday Sixties Prefects

The year is 1964 and the location is the prefects' room, but what else can you tell us?

#ThrowbackThursday to 56 years ago and a room full of prefects, wearing gowns and medals, sitting around chatting and reading magazines.

Our archivist would love to know, who are the girls? Where was the prefects' room in those days? What can you tell us about the prefect system? What were the privileges and duties? Please get in touch if you know the answers by emailing alumnae@lehs.org.uk
