| Alumnae News |
This year some of our alumnae will be taking part in a very special lacrosse match, plus you’ll get a chance to meet the new Head Mistress, the 28th in our 300-year history, and see some of our current pupils in action too.
There will be plenty of time to catch up with each other over a delicious lunch and afternoon tea. Music scholars will be dazzling us with their skills and L6 (Year 12) pupils will take you on a tour of the building. There’s lots to see - a whole new Maths and English home, called the Quadrant, updated labs, reinvigorated classrooms and work is currently taking place to create a new and improved Sixth Form Centre.
We’ve had an enthusiastic response from former LEH sports students for the Nicky Budd Memorial LEH Lacrosse Alumnae Match, which will be held after lunch, at 2pm on Geard’s Acre. It’s been organised as a tribute to the much-loved former Head of Sport, who was a former England U19 and GB Lacrosse Head Coach, and taught at LEH from 2008-2020. She sadly passed away earlier this year.
Tickets for the whole day – which includes welcome tea and coffee, lunch with wine and afternoon tea, cost £20 each. We are particularly keen to host alumnae holding significant anniversaries of graduating LEH – so any Class of a year ending in a ‘3’ or a ‘8’, but there’s always a warm welcome for everyone. As usual we will have plenty of past teachers attending and all of us love hearing your news.
If you have any questions, please email: alumnae@lehs.org.uk.
