If you’re ready to re-start your career with confidence, Amelia Miller, Class of 2015, (on the left) is running a free online session at midday on Friday 4th October, to help women returners craft a CV that increases their chances of getting through the screening process.
Amelia is the co-founder of ivee, a platform dedicated to help women re-enter the workforce following a career break. She created the site alongside her sister and fellow alumna techpreneur Lydia Miller, Class of 2016. The launch received support from LEH Alumnae in the form of a Be Bold Grant this time last year.
Amelia says: “A well-crafted CV can be the difference between landing your dream job and being overlooked, especially in today’s competitive job market. Studies show that a hybrid CV can double your chances of securing an interview if you are returning to work. At ivee, we’ll help you craft the perfect CV and provide tips to navigate applicant tracking systems, ensuring your CV gets noticed.”
