At the time we promised we would, in the words of Vera Lynn, meet again some sunny day – so it was particularly pleasing that the reunion took place on one of the hottest days of the year so far, in the sun-soaked Friends' Courtyard.
Mark Tompsett, Head of Sixth Form, said: “It was lovely to welcome the Class of 2020 back to LEH at last for a happy reunion event. It was made all the more special as the Class of 2020 had been denied the opportunity of the traditional U6 Graduation due to the pandemic. Instead, we were able to celebrate the university graduation of so many of our alumnae. The sun shone as past pupils and staff alike reminisced into the evening. Hopefully, this will be the first of many more opportunities to reconnect with our fabulous Class of 2020 alumnae!”
