Help Inspire Our Pupils!

We are appealing for alumnae from different industries, professions and occupations to help us with our Virtual Careers Evening 2021.

Like all our usual live events, the evening on Tuesday 2nd February has had to go online. The Careers Team is using it as an opportunity to do things a bit differently this year, so we’d love your help writing a short piece or filming a quick video about what you do and how you got there.

Our pupils are bursting with questions! They want to know what A levels or degree you studied, what made you choose your career, what you enjoy most – and least – about your job, and what a typical day is like.  They want to get a sense of whether your profession might be right for them.

“Our pupils always find it really inspirational hearing directly from our alumnae,” says Careers Co-ordinator Nicky Hampstead. “There’s something very relatable about discovering what former LEH students have gone on to do after leaving school.  It makes it that much more real and accessible.

If you think you might be able to help, please get in touch with Nicky by emailing careers@lehs.org.uk as soon as possible.  The deadline for submitting your contributions is 25th January.
