Alumnae Annual Lunch 2018
Thank you to our alumnae who came along to the Alumnae Annual Lunch.  It was wonderful to see so many of you there.
We hosted a diverse range of year groups.  However, two of the largest reunions were from the year groups of 1968 and 1988, who returned to the school for their 50th and 30th anniversary gatherings.

Guests were treated to some wonderful musical and vocal performances from talented current LEH students.

The Sixth Form also impressed by presenting their EPQ’s (Extended Project Qualifications) to alumnae, covering a broad range of topics including looking at the effectiveness of the current treatment for Spina Bifida and whether PETA had the right to launch their Holocaust advertising campaign.

Former teachers returned to school for the lunch including Miss Waters and Miss Parker, as well as the highly regarded Mrs Stephens (previously known as Mrs Wright), Mrs White and Miss Grant.

Former school nurse Mrs Court came along as well as Mrs Colcough and Mrs Hossain.  After decades apart it was a joy to watch as former teachers and former pupils reconnected – there was so much to catch-up on!
