Alumnae News |
The service is just over two weeks away, so please reserve your place now, especially if you would like to bring family and friends along.
To celebrate our heritage, the service will be in the beautiful St Giles' Church, in the Barbican, near to where the Lady Eleanor Holles School was first founded in the eighteenth century. This year, it is starting at the slightly earlier time of 6.30pm. The service will be followed by a delicious mince pie and mulled wine reception, finishing by 8pm.
The traditional service, which is always one of the highlights of the Alumnae calendar, tells the Christmas story, through poetry and Gospel readings, provided by members of the school and alumnae community, as well as truly uplifting choral music from current pupils, including the Holles Singers and Cantata.
