With over a decade's experience in the world of business transformation at EY, Agatha, who is also an Oxford University graduate, is training to become an Executive Coach through INSEAD, one of the world's leading and largest global business schools.
Her journey in the corporate arena exposed her to the intricacies of organisational change and transformation, which ignited her passion for understanding and influencing individual behaviour for personal and professional growth.
As part of her traineeship, Agatha is offering fellow alumnae the chance to benefit from discounted leadership development.
She says: “In the game of life, it's you versus you. The ultimate game. The ultimate competition.
Brave you versus scared you.
Tired you versus energetic you.
Past you versus future you.
Disciplined you versus complacent you.
Busy you versus effective you.
Distracted you versus deep work you.
You get to choose what type of leader you want to be. And today could be that first step you take in being deliberate and intentional in how you show up as a leader.”
