Thank You Cambridge Alumnae

Last month there was a bumper turn out of pupils interested in exploring all that Cambridge University has to offer, as one of them, L6 student Sophie, reports.

“The L6 had a wonderful time at the Cambridge Alumnae lunch, held at Corpus Christi, a college which boasts outstanding architecture and history. It gave the students the opportunity to speak to the alumnae who had made the transition from school to this world-renowned university.

The students were eagerly asking questions about what life at Cambridge was like and what made the wide range of courses so unique to Cambridge. The L6 also enjoyed touring the historic city and all of its colleges. The trip is highly recommended to all of next year’s L6.

Our thanks go to all the alumnae who attended and so generously gave their time: Michelle Crees studying Engineering at Gonville and Caius from Class 2020, Miriam Eley taking Engineering at Churchill from Class 2021, Ella Greensmith studying Biological Natural Sciences at Gonville and Caius and Katherine Crook reading Engineering at Downing; both from Class 2022, and from Class 2023 Olivia Arney studying Human, Social and Political Sciences at St John’s and Elizabeth Johnson taking Human, Social and Political Sciences at Homerton.”
